A rising trend among the brides of today is the creating and using of an inspiration board in the wedding planning process.
But what is an inspiration board, and what use(s) does it have?
Simply, a wedding inspiration board is a collage of pictures –from magazines, websites, and/or personal collections – that is pulled together to demonstrate the theme, color scheme, decorating ideas, and other wedding details desired by the bride-to-be. Often they come in handy as tool of direction for all parties involved, such as the florist, baker, photographer, and/or wedding coordination. They have also been proven to be great tools of focus, as they prevent the bride from making purchases that stray from the overall vision of the wedding.
