Unfortunately, mistakes in print happen every day. The evils of print media are that once out of your control, you can't take a step back into time and fix it. We are all human and imperfect.

I take full responsibility and ownership of the K. Norwood Portraiture AD that we pressed in our recent issue of Premier Bride College Station. They provided us with a great AD and something happened in the press that pushed the AD through at a low resolution. We believe in professionalism and transparency. We don't run from our mistakes and we own them. I own them. No matter what the cost, it isn't worth losing a client.
