My story is as follows.

I met my amazing future husband while working in California. And do to
the economy we decided to move to Houston and my fiance followed me. We
just moved back in June and we are so in love that we wanted to get
married. We pored every penny we had to put the dream wedding we both
want to share. We cashed out our 401k's and saved anything we could to
put our wedding together. We scheduled our wedding on a Thursday to save
the money that it would cost to be on a Saturday. We even did a
honeymoon registry to pay for our honeymoon because we could afford to
go on one otherwise. We found the Tuscany and we knew that the Bella
Terraze has been in business for years so we were not apprehensive when
we were asked to pay in full especially since they offered us a 15 %
discount. So we did pay in full. Only to find out two weeks before our
wedding that they filed bankruptcy and that meant they took all our
money and we have no place to hold our reception and no
food to serve our guest that are flying in from all around the world.
So now we are stranded with no way and no resources to put our wedding
together all over again in just less then 2 weeks.

Please let me know if there is anyway you can

My fiance and I have booked at Bella Terrazza for April 4, 2009. Even though it is six months away, we paid for everything up front. We are out $11,000, a venue, food, cake, and everything else that comes along with planning a wedding. Our hearts go out to those couples who don't have the time to replan. Thanks to all the vendors for their time and support. We are in serious need of any help we can get. Please contact me at aldays12@aol.com.
Thank you,
Alma and Stevan
